In other news, check out some of the projects we’ve been working on!

Ben’s Structural Fabrication – Office Remodel

We have worked with Ben’s Structural Fabrication, Inc. on several projects over the years – we appreciate our client/contractor relationship, built on mutual trust and respect. The goal of this project was to maximize the existing space and create a more cohesive work area for each department. We remodeled their 3,008 sqft office to reflect innovation and industrial architecture. Steel beams that were fabricated and installed by some of Ben’s employees added a personal touch and structural integrity to the design. This transformation enhanced their capabilities and provided them the ability to better serve their employees and customers.

Ben’s Structural Fabrication, located in Waite Park, started as a small shop back in 1959 and has expanded into a thriving, third generation company. What started as a focus on tool sharpening and ornamental iron projects, evolved into decades of growth and the addition of structural fabrication. They now provide a full spectrum of in-house services including, estimating, detailing, structural fabrication, OEM plate parts, and environmental services to companies and projects throughout the United States.

Ear, Nose & Throat – Restroom Improvements

Take a look at two restroom renovations we completed for St. Cloud Ear, Nose & Throat! Both restrooms received modern upgrades to improve aesthetics, functionality, accessibility and comfort.

In these spaces, we transformed outdated tile and partitions with sleek, contemporary finishes—creating a clean and professional look that better reflects the quality of care this clinic provides. New stall partitions, upgraded flooring, and fresh countertops offer not only durability but also a bright, refreshed feel that enhances the overall patient and staff experience. We’re proud to partner with local businesses to improve their spaces!

St. Cloud Ear, Nose, & Throat was founded in 1966 and currently has on staff 6 physicians with a combined total of 140 years of service with an average tenure of over 23 years. They offer a full range of contemporary treatments and specialize in complete ear, nose & throat care including hearing and balance, allergies, sleep disorders, and speech language therapy. They take pride in providing personal attention for every patient, with individual treatment plans designed to provide real, long-lasting relief. They have a total of 5 locations including Alexandria, Little Falls, Sauk Centre, Staples and their main office in St. Cloud.

Kitchen & Mudroom Remodel

We recently started a kitchen remodel which also includes updating the current mudroom and adding a large walk-in pantry. Demo of all spaces went well, and we were able to utilize some space from the garage to frame in the new pantry. You will have to wait and see the pantry in the finial reveal! Tile was installed in the kitchen, pantry, and mudroom floor and has been covered to protect from damage during the remainder of the remodel. Next up on the schedule for this project is cabinetry, tile backsplash, and appliances. We are nearing the completion of this project, a couple more weeks and it will be done! Be sure to watch for the final reveal!

As you can see, we pride ourselves on having one of the cleanest jobsites around and our past clients have complimented us on this time and time again!

Master Bathroom Remodel

This master bath was beautifully remodeled blending modern style with everyday functionality to create a relaxing, spa-like retreat at home.

This project features a sleek, modern walk-in shower paired with a convenient built-in shower niche for added storage and style. Fresh tilework was installed throughout, providing a clean and timeless aesthetic that will look great for years to come. The space also includes a luxurious soaking tub — perfect for winding down after a long day. A beautiful vanity with quartz countertops and updated lighting adds elegance and improved function. To top it all off, the built-in shelving maximizes storage while keeping everything organized and within reach.

From start to finish, this remodel is all about comfort, quality, and great design!

Bri’s Lodge

Our team had the privilege and honor to donate our time, expertise, and labor to build and bring this playground to life.

Tami Kruzel, Executive Director with Bri’s Lodge, had a dream to have a playground set that could bring joy and smiles to kids that visit and provide piece of mind to the parents as well. Tami’s response to our finished product: “This is so much better than I could’ve dreamed!”
The DGC team loved being able to be a part of this very special project that will leave a lasting impact for years to come!

The mission of Bri’s Lodge is to help individuals cope with loss, support their healing, nuture their physical and emotional well-being, and bring hope for the future. They believe that no one should grieve alone.
