Our People
In a world of automation, we still believe in a personal approach. We execute this in several ways. For starters, when you call our office, a real live person answers the phone (usually, it’s me). This may seem minor, however it helps us ensure your call reaches the intended person. We also hope it shows you we value your call.
Being Dale Gruber Construction is a smaller company, our personnel wear many hats. The person you shake hands with at the initial meeting to discuss your project, is the same person you shake hands with upon project completion. Our Estimators/Project Managers, Dale Gruber & Joe Imholte, are involved in the project from start to finish. We are invested and treat each project like it is our own. The entire DGC crew serves as an advocate for you and your business; making sure everything meets our (high) standards. Working closely with our clients allows us to learn about each other and builds trust, which is the foundation of a sucessful project.
