Dale Gruber Construction is proud to announce Rachel Gruber as the new owner and President of the company.
Rachel joined the Dale Gruber Construction team in 2008 as Marketing, HR, and Operations Manager and has been a vital part of the company’s growth and success over the years.
During Dale Gruber Construction’s recent move, Rachel was heavily involved in the design of the company’s office remodel. She also spearheaded the redesign of the company’s logo and brand identity. “Our new branding reflects the history and foundation upon which Dale Gruber Construction was built, while progressing forward under new ownership.” Rachel said.
A graduate of Unversity of St. Thomas, Rachel earned her degree in business management. Rachel is a member of the Central Minnesota Builders Association and resides as the chair of the CMBA Tools for Schools. She also serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors Business Development committee. Rachel will bring her experience, insight, and creativity to continue to elevate the company.
Rachel knows her position as owner of a construction company is a powerful example to young women and girls who are interested in the trades. She notes, “I want people to see women in roles of leadership, especially in male-dominant industries.”
As part of the transition, Dale Gruber will take on a new role as Construction Adviser.
Dale is thrilled to keep the business in the family. “Mentoring Rachel to become a leader in the construction industry is something I have enjoyed doing throughout the years. I’m proud she is following in my steel-toed footsteps,” he said.
Steve Raeker, a 27-year veteran of Dale Gruber Construction, will serve as Chief Financial Officer.
The entire Dale Gruber Construction team will continue to prioritize their relationship with clients, communication, and attention to detail.
