After a long and brutal winter, it is finally officially Spring! For those of us who have been cooped up inside our homes, avoiding the cold and snow, we can now get out and enjoy fresh air again. - Check and clean central air conditioning system.
- Replace or clean make up air filters per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Clean or replace furnace filter as needed

- Clean dryer vent.
- Check adjustment of door thresholds.
- Check smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
